Shipping
Every CheekyCapi piece is 3D printed to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for printing and finishing before your order ships. During peak seasons such as Christmas, printing times can be a little longer, and we will let you know if that is the case.
We ship Australia-wide with tracking. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days depending on where you are.
Returns
Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged or something is not right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
Custom orders
Custom and personalised pieces are final sale once printing has started.
